VIDEO: Guy Fieri on David Letterman
Posted on February 7th 2009 by Jillian Madison

Here’s some video of Guy Fieri’s appearance on David Letterman last week. Be sure to note Guy’s douchey black sunglasses on the back of his head, the douchey gold foiling on his black shirt, and his douchey commentary which completely bombs with the audience. Fieri’s interaction with Letterman felt forced and awkward, and the end (where he finally takes a bite of the burger) is one of the most anti-climactic things we’ve ever seen. Can’t this guy do anything other than shovel greasy foods into his mouth?

“Can’t this guy do anything other than shovel greasy foods into his mouth?” Apparently not. This segment was more like Stupid Human Tricks than an interview, eh?

Any why is Guy so proud that the Triple-D cookbook is doing so well? Did someone forget to tell him they aren’t HIS recipes??

Why was he shifting around in his chair like that, and tugging at his shirt? That was really sort of painful to watch!

I hate this man with every inch of my fat body.

Bananas. . .if you watched the Food Network, you would know Diners, Drive-Ins & Dives are for true travels and people who love good food. The book is doing well because the show is great! Guy is a great host. I love to cook and if you don’t love to cook or enjoy eating different types of food, You will not get it. And no. . . I’m not a person that lives and breathes this show. I’m a business owner.

I believe Guy has a great personality, but he still have to become comfortable on a nationally syndicated show.
