so she has gay friends big deal.
I have learn so much from her.
to me she is one of the beast cooks on T.V
no sugar sweet talk,no eating a cake in a big bite,no messing around just good eats.

Stephanie is right. Ina never uses vanilla without stipulating that it be “good” vanilla (as if we would be tempted to use bad vanilla). I love Ina but that just makes me crazy. (That and her “don’t have too much fun without me” comment she uses on her guests EVERY TIME.)

You know, I prefer Ina espousing the importance of clean hands than having Sandra Lee cross-contaminating with raw chicken and a Jamaican jerk seasoning jar or Rachael Ray and her constant manhandling of raw meat and not washing her hands afterward.

At least I know that if I eat Ina’s food, I won’t become intimate with my toilet afterward.

I have to disagree with her first favorite phrase, I think she says “good vanilla” WAAAAY more times. JMO, I may be wrong.
