Anybody In The Mood For Some Seedless Crap?

Bargain priced at just $1.99 a pound!
Hey, at least they had the decency to pick the seeds out of it.

(…spotted by my Twitter buddy Grace and her friend Chris at their local fruit stand in NYC)

THIS WEEK: Another tailgating weekend! Alex G's onion rings, an awful slow cooker experience, Ina & Jeffrey Garten's lame steak throwdown, Jennifer Hudson's annoying Weight Watchers commercial, Restaurant Impossible's cheap makeovers, and more.

Thanks for the shout out Jill! We bought some. It was delish!
LOL! Reminds me of a sign I saw at a roadside fruit stand at Halloween: PANKINS $3.00….I’ve never bought another PUMPKIN since!
I almost fell over when I saw this, so I had to snap a pic! The sad thing is that the sign is still there two weeks later!!
Chris – I wonder if it’s fresh crap or the same crap from 2 weeks ago…shall we ask the vendor??
I’m afraid to know what it’s sweetened with :)
i’m laughing over the fact that they had to write 1.99 two times because the first one was completely illegible. Instead of getting a new piece of paper like most people would have done, they just wrote it again, in another pen, under it.
SEEDLEE?!
Good one, Ken!
I’m still trying to figure what they misspelled to get “crap.” XD
Grapes
Wow, that is crazy. They really should have made sure it looked like a “G” instead of a “C”.
If you look close at the photo, there’s a little hook thing on the “c” looking letter. Let’s face it: the author of this signage is not a Rhodes Scholar, if you get my meaning….
“Grapes?” Never would have guessed. XD
What, were sweet peas not available?
was that written on toilet paper?
