You're right. Rereading that, it does sound gloaty, even though I was going for "breezy" and "it's all good here." But it comes off as dicky. I'm sorry. I was actually a bit embarrassed when I saw the <em>Good Day LA</em> clip—because the host did use Jillian's funny clip and another non-Slice-produced clip as illustrations for what my site is about. If they would have asked me for a true representation, using my own work, I would have given them other things to highlight. I would much rather have them show a blog post of original material than someone else's video. That said, the video was posted with embedding turned on, which is usually a sign in the blogging world that the original author doesn't mind other sites using it.
