Hi I love your apple pies but they have a big problem they are not fully cooked the Apples are like rubber and there hard to eat other wise the pie taste good you got to talk to your people who make them for you because if there not improved no one will buy anymore I brought 2 of them in the last 2 weeks and the second one I had to throw out because no one could eat them to hard and like rubber.

So this mass produced ‘cake’ containing definitely less than wholesome ingredients is better than the rest just how?
And they’re so darned proud of it they refused to even include any contact information of the real maker, or even the real maker’s name at all for that matter. And looking online I don’t happen to see any sites for “Paula Deens Baked Goods” So where do you complain about undercooked poison??

From the list of ingredients above, I see my grandmother didn’t do such a good job at teaching me how to stock my pantry!!

I told my hubby, Walmart is OFF-LIMITS from now on… I hate that he keeps sneaking in that morality-sucking sink hole from hell.

omg… just opened one of her packages of “original” gooey butter cake and it was RAW RAW RAW inside…. and i mean RAAAAAWWWW!! ick!! sicky!!! sick!!!!
i mean this cake is full of EGGS!! and now i read someone else got a half-cooked product. I notice there is absolutely no information on the product for to notify the producer. Only info is “Distributed by Wal-Mart Stores, Inc., Bentonville, AR 72716″ no street address, no phone, no website. not to mention the damn plastic package isn’t even sealed! it’s easily opened and re-closed without anyone noticing. i thought there were laws against that nowadays, ya know, since the whole tylenol BS. if anyone has any info on the maker of this crap i’d love to know. (or paula’s home phone # would be nice!)

we purchased a Paula Deen Apple Crunch Top Pie last weekend. it looked scrumptious!!! unfortunately the pie was not cooked all the way and when warmed the white, gooey dough was all over the top of the pie…we were so disappointed.

Has anyone actually tried the $17 Rachael R. EVOO? Saw it at SuperWallyWorld with wifey last wknd, just laughed, imagining it’s not all that. Get mine at TJ’s, $6-$8.

Looks like there’s more PAULA GOODNESS coming our way as well. According to this press release I just received:

“Synergy Brands announced that Paula Deen has licensed Quality Food Brands to produce spices and selected food items under the Paula Deen Brand.

This represents one of the first grocery products that Ms. Deen has chosen to bear her name and likeness for distribution nationwide. Ms. Deen stated that “I am pleased to announce this collaboration with Quality Food Brands to produce my line of spices for the grocery store category. I am confident that they will produce quality products that are a value to today’s shopper.”

So Paula Deen is getting her own line of spices… which is really just “Quality Food Brand” spices that will cost more money because they have photos of her face on the label. Nice!
