Anne Burrell Hates Saggy Boobs… ALLEGEDLY!

Anne Burrell, the hyperactive chef and lover of brown foods, is being sued for discrimination. A few women are claiming Burrell harassed them with sexist slurs while they were all working together at a NYC restaurant called Centro Vinoteca. The suit claims only the women were discriminated against.
While being sued isn’t funny, the things Anne Burrell allegedly said ARE:
The plaintiffs claimed Burrell called them “slutty,” “ho’s”, and “whores”, and one even said Burrell accused her of faking an ovarian cyst. So apparently, Anne Burrell is able to diagnose a woman’s reproductive organs with her eyes. Who knew!
Perhaps FNH reader Sonia said it best: “It looks like Anne Burrell will need to schedule the next cookie swap party around her court dates.”
Good luck, Anne. Remind me to wear my most supportive bra should we ever meet.

I think anne is a great chef and she is hot! I love women in chefs coats That really does it for me. I am a chef too and would love nothing more than to cook next to her as a sous chef

While I don’t have saggy boobs, I wouldn’t mind a boob job. But Anne, this is what happens as we age, it’s natural. Let’s accept that (as I get a lil lipo, a little ass lift, and a boob job……HAHAHAHA).
OH! But she did cross the line with the cyst claim. I had two surgeries for this in the last few months, cysts the size of grapefruits. Yeah Anne, have that, have an ovary, fallopian tube, and some cysts removed twice at 29 then come talk to me about “faking” it. Oh and a pretty 8 inch vertical scar for it all. WooHoo! (I’m lucky, it wasn’t cancer, so it’s all gravy….)
wow i feel for you. i had an ovarian cyst years ago that ruptured and i had to have emergency surgery because a blood vessel burst and i had internal bleeding. so i know your pain!
Unbelievably painful, I’ve heard too when they burst, but at the size they were and I’m quite petite, wow, that was worse than childbirth. I feel for you too.
Yep! I’ve been there to! At 20, work thought I was wanting time off. Next day I was in emergency surgery! So duck her!
If this is all very true, she will be spooning ceviche out of a wormy apple in no time.

I must admit, the “you must be tired …” thingy IS a pretty funny slam. In the right context (best friend, etc) it’d be hilarious. Totally gonna use it.
But, uh, definitely not with any employees. So I guess I’ll chalk this up to “things I learned from Anne Burrell.”
Hell, I have said it to friends. But never at work.

I’m with you on that one, Lana. To a close friend, yes it could be pretty funny. Employees or co-workers, no.
This is pretty alarming news and definitely a career-altering level of stupidity on Burrell’s part.
Can’t say I’m all that surprised though. This woman had all the earmarks of a loose cannon. The fact that she unleashed her scorn on coworkers is pretty hideous. Nice going!
Anne Burrell allegedly has man hands. On second thought, after looking at those pictures, I’ll take the word ‘allegedly’ out of that statement. And what does she use to style her hair, a grill brush?

The cooking world is often times not the friendliest place. That said I find it unlikely Anne made those comments maliciously or unfairly. The roughness build comradery if your not a little bitch.

It does not matter what anyone says …. Anne Burrell is a beautiful woman!!!! and who cares what she says about anyone else!!!!! You go Anne !!!! and if you dont like something about somebody let them know……Its better to be hated for who you are than to be loved for who you are not !!!!!!!
