Hey,
first of all i really enjoy listening to your podcast... but i was wondering why you mention that you are drinking water each week. Why mention what you are drinking unless it is interesting? It would make more sense to drink something fun, nostalgic, or new and each week tell us what it is, but water is the most uninteresting beverage. its seems odd to make a point of telling us. just a suggestion.
thanks

I don't really find the product placement on Top Chef to be as annoying because they offer prizes each week that are sponsored by those companies. Yes it's sometimes a bit much to name the brand of car that they're driving for every episode but at least you can see where it's coming from!
NFNS has no such reason and therefore no excuse.

Re: ads and product placement.

I've been noticing that more and more too! Kellogg cereal on the recent NFNS is a perfect example. Getting more and more Top Chef-ish every day ....
