I can hear it now from Aunt Sandy…

“C’n I jus’ tell you? This kitchen and tablescape is fin-tastic! I was insprired by my last dinner party, when I saw all these empty Pepto Bismol bottles strewn around the guest bathroom. [Someone forgot to tell her what her food does to them...] So I got my idea’r, hurried my way to the craft store, and found all these bee-uuue-tee-full pepto pink fabrics and plasticware!”

I just saw this today and was fortunate enough to see her tablescape as well. Pink everywhere! Her sister was going to llllllove it.

I wondered that too. You can see the pink KitchenAid displayed (back in the corner) in the “Semi-Homemade Pastel Episode From Hell” post. My guess is she found it not so super simple to operate and disposed of it.

Wow, she looks totally wasted already in that photo. I think Aunt Sandy needs to come out with her own brand of vodka, made the semi homeade way:

Sandra Lee’s Super Simple 190 Proof Angel Food Cake Flavored Vodka

The perfect accompaniment to about 90% of her desserts.

I saw this today and wondered if it would get commented on here! I’m glad it was. Should’ve shown the pink elephents as well. And the place settings with fake jeweled frames on them.

  10. July 31st, 2010

You mean you don’t coordinate your decor with your vodka flavors?

  11. July 31st, 2010

It looks like the Pink Panther threw up and it landed all over that room.

  12. July 31st, 2010

I’m frightened. Please, oh please, don’t EVER take me to one of her “Semi-Homemade Soirees”. I think I’d have to plan an escape if I was ever trapped in one. ;-)
