loved this episode. I too saw Grill It! with Flay and Robinson, thought she was nervous! He was awkward, you two nailed it!
Jill: throwback is the shiz-nit!
Jillian – I will admit that I really don’t know what a Podcast is. Is this something you download to listen to on an iPod? Is there a way that I can access the content through my computer (I have a MacBook Pro).
You can listen to it on your computer, too. Just click the button that says “DOWNLOAD mp3″ and it will start playing in a browser window on your computer.
Or, you can right click that button, and click “Save As” – and download it to your computer so you can listen to it anytime.
Thanks! Now I won’t miss this comic gold.
lol, be great if you could video doing the casts, once in a while.
Glad puppy is going to be okay. Was that really him/her? He/she sounded like my cat when she purrs really loud.
Anyway, send puppy some kisseys from me and the cat.
Someone tell Alex that “Every candy bar within reach at the check out line” is way fewer characters. She can use the rest for elaborate descriptions of what she wants to do with them in her food fantasies.
(Then again, I don’t want to know.)
So funny! Great point.
This was the best episode yet. I was laughing so hard.
Agreed! Few things make me laugh out loud like FNH. I wish it was an hour every week. BTY glad to hear Pico is much better.
LOL!
“She’s FULL of SHIT, is what she is…” I was absolutely dying.
Ahh Jillian, you’re my new hero.
Best episode to date, even if you did have to hate on Jeff Corwin :(
He’s sexy, but sadly does not belong on FN. :(
Apparently, there is a salon in NYC called Va-jazzled that specializes in bedazzling the va-jay-jay… it’s supposed to be all the rage in NYC, and will probably spread across the country the same way that Brazilian waxing has. Remember how strange we all thought that was when we 1st heard about it…
I don’t think that I will be able to ever watch Sunny Anderson again without wondering about the possibly bedazzled va jay jay. Inquiring minds want to know and all.
Liked this weeks podcast.
I’m from Michigan annd grew up on tater tot casarole. This would be a Sandra Lee special. Brown ground beef and add a can of cream of something soup (typically mushroom). Put meat in a baking dish, add a layer of a veg (typically green beans but I prefer corn), then top with a layer of tots. Bake per the tots are brown.
@Patrick, Tater Tot Casserole is a classic in Minnesota and the Dakotas too.
:-)
Jillian, bacon makes everything taste awesome! Love love love your podcast! Best one yet. Paula Deen has lost her charm for me since she’s gotten all Hollywood. Also, i am from georgia and the lady and sons used to be great, but now its horrible!
I am also from Georgia. My husband and I ate at the old Lady and Sons. My husband had the buffet and wasn’t impressed at all and I had chicken salad sandwich which was pretty darned good. Jamie was there working the center part of the restaurant. He looked totally hungover!!!!
I don’t who says “y’all” more — Pat Neely or Paula. It’s just embarrassing and misleading to give the impression that people from the south use “y’all” to that excess!
Correction: “I don’t know who says…”
Oh! You are SO right about Paula’s Best Dishes when her family is on there! “Now, Jamie; okay, son… Now, Bobby; okay, son… Now, Michael; okay, Michael…” It’s maddening and I just can’t watch it!!!!
I can’t believe gussying up your hoo-ha is becoming trendy. That’s like putting a butterfly tatoo on your liver. I mean who’s going to see it? I guess the guy that’s about to bang you… but at that point I promise the guy could care less if it has jewels glued to it.
From NFNS, to the blog, to YouYube, Aarti just reminds me of my grade 9 English teacher, a fake, prissy bitch who’s so full of herself she can’t take any form of criticism.
*** OH and I got the quote for those of you who wanted to see what Jill was talking about
“I don’t want to be swayed by blogs obsessed with my boobs (they’re big, ok?!), or my weight, or by the holes punched in my door (there’s a great story behind that). “
Brie’s impersonation of Sunny Anderson was incredible at times. You have to throw some more into future podcasts.
I couldn’t stop laughing over your podcast. Especially, the fact that Aarti’s 9 friends keep leaving comments under numerous names. She has a winning smile, but that’s about it. However, I do believe she is an upcoming star on FN. She has Guy Ferry written all over her chest.
hah! i saw that episode of jeff corwin extreme cuisine. yeah, that wasn’t normal. maybe a poisonous insect bit him in the crotch before he rappelled.
Podcast was great fun, thanks much!
